Help and Advice

We appreciate that taking the step to move yourself or your loved one into a care home, can be a difficult time.

You will have lots of questions about what life is like in a care home and we are always happy to answer them. We want to make the transition as smooth as possible, and being informed will always help to reduce any anxiety surrounding the move.

Our friendly home managers are always on the end of the phone if you want to have an initial conversation, or why not book a tour of a home to see what life in a care home is like? We offer respite stays or day visits for those who want to have a trial period. We often find that people who come for a visit don’t want to go back home!

We have put together some handy guides to answer some of the frequent questions that we get asked. Take some time to read through the information guides, which will help you understand whether our care homes are the right choice for you.
