OUR QUALITY OF CARE
As a group of professional carers, we specialize in the health and well being of people from all walks of life and all ages, and take enormous pride in the high levels of care that we deliver.
Our homes offer a range of support for adult and elderly people whether that is for residential, dementia, mental health or respite care. We pride ourselves on our experienced, highly trained teams which include carers, support staff, and registered nurses and the group offers all of our teams the resources to meet our residents’ daily needs.
PERSONALISED CARE PLANS
We take time out to know and understand our residents even before they move in, not only by talking to them but also by including their family and friends during their stay to make sure that we have the best possible plan tailored to each individual.
We consider not only care aspects but also personal interests, social life, working life, and companionships. Special consideration is given to their personal space and bedroom, their favourite meals and dinner choices, understanding, monitoring and developing a personal care plan and generally keeping good channels of communication with family and friends at all times
