On the 13th of September we took our yearly trip down to Swinton Canal. Setting off the weather was dark and dull however when we got on the barge the sun came out. We enjoyed sailing down the canal for an hour whilst looking at different things out of the window. We also enjoyed cups of tea and coffee on board whilst having some snacks. All of the residents which went on the boat trip really enjoyed themselves and enjoyed seeing the different things we passed on the boat.
June saw road trips, around the beautiful countryside with nice lunches, fabulous singing from Heather of Aphrodite, Birthdays and some very kind donations to help us all get out and appreciate this wonderful weather. Click and read more in our monthly...read more
